Did several bars in Independence close for any other reason then the smoking ban?Why is it so difficult to understand that if this ban is necessary it must be issued STATEWIDE,or not at all.Or make it simple..OWNERS CHOICE..No smoking at all,or smoking BAN till 10pm across the board,end of story! jeeez..O ya,if it matters,I don't smoke
