CHAZ on KC

So I ran across a pic of John Gotti eight months before he died,apparently his family is upset over the image.He does look rather gaunt.I can't help wondering if somehow they planted the cancer in his body.Do ya think he ever said to himself as he lay there alone.in his cell racked by the pain of his cancer,close to death,"What the f**k have I done with my life" !!
