Today's early snow produced a city in turmoil.Schools closed,serious accidents all over town,and bitter cold temps .Only people enjoying this weather are the Snow Plow guys.Anyone owning a grocery,or a restaurant has two choices,get gouged by one of these plow companies,or run the risk of getting sued by anyone who slips,and falls on the ice.
