Well it looks like Rockfest is in danger of being Illiminated. Aggie Stackhaus, a member of the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners, said she thought the damage was so heinous that Rockfest shouldn’t be allowed back in the park. Some goofball Senator has proposed a bill that would change the rules for Booby Bars effectively putting them out of business..Seems to me this town is moving BACKWARDS

How one should look at this with common sense is to balance the revenue generated by the event with the amount it cost to clean up the "damage". If it's more expensive to fix the damage than you take in from the event then common sense dictates you cancel the event or at least make the event itself pay for cleanup and repairs.
